Business Development Officer is a strategic position responsible of the development of strategies and product plans to assure help our customers to achieve their transactional and financial needs as well of Citibanamex business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and analyze new initiatives for our Digital Channels with a customer-first approach, while understanding Citibanamex partner areas needs and helping them to have the best digital experience possible, for both customer and business.
- Business Case elaboration and understanding while negotiating with product and services areas to define KPIs, metrics, OKRs and NFR.
- Leader of an execution team, with multi-disciplinary members (developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, testers)
- Timely follow-up of execution tasks performed by the development team with an strategic planning to share with all stake-holders and senior management
- Post-implementation KPIs and Metrics follow up
- Negotiation with tech and product stakeholders
- Reporting to higher management from Digital and partner areas.
- Backlog generation based on Continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams for Digital projects.
- Knowledge of App and web development at a basic level
- Strategic mindset with experience in business area.
- Interest on digital and innovation trends.
- Negotiation Skills
- Experience with Agile practices as writing User Stories, story mapping, etc.
- Office and Jira tools usage
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- Develop strategies and plans for a solution implementation, being able to make presentations of this to higher Management.
- As Product Owner he will be responsible of understanding customer needs and detect possible alternatives to define a solution with the tech team, his role is to write business rules and Acceptance criteria in User Stories while validating all of those with the proper business / control areas while handling expectations from them.
- Constantly looking for opportunities and foster relationship with partners to improve our process and our way of work
- Given a “What?” this role must define the “How?”
- Assure that vendor who provide resources for his team is compliant with terms and conditions stablished in his relationship with Citibanamex.
