AMERICAN COMPANY WITH PRESENCE IN QUERETARO AND SLP.
IS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING FOR THE QUERETARO CEDIS
COSTUMER SERVICE
Responsible for handling account relationships
Daily purchase order entry from customers in our system. approx. 50 orders per day.
Follow up daily critical customer parts so can be delivered within requirement.
Receive and analyze customers’ requirements.
Daily coordination of material shipments
Inform customers the status of open orders
Provide customers with documentation and tracking information of shipped orders
Work with Expediting to insure on-time delivery from suppliers and recover customer
driven expedite costs.
Coordinate with Planners to insure material is scheduled, as needed
Reduction of Excess and Obsolete (360+ Days) Inventory
Receive customer quality claims and coordinate response with Quality and DMR
coordinator.
Track and report sales and inventory data related to accounts
Processing of quotation requests
Coordinate with Discrepant Material Coordinator to communicate inventory needs for
rejected material and replacements
Initiate Hot Sheets for Quality and Warehouse, as needed
Review parts for purchase complete and minimum buys with Supply Chain
Coordinate with New Part Coordinator to update MPS/DRP set-ups
Responsible to follow up with Supplier, as needed
Follow up with customer special orders such as surcharges, raw material and tariff
amounts
Good interpersonal and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills.
Knowledge of fastening products (desirable).
Experience in customer service or material planning (desirable).
