We have a big opportunity and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to take a leading role in growing and guiding the success of our digital platforms by managing the creative strategy for internal placements to evolve our digital experience
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Lead customer digital retention through product marketing placements, developing industry leading content and strategy
- Lead, develop & provide strategic content for internal placement channels (website & app) with a special focus on ROI & marketing analytics. Review, edit and approve proof-read content, establishing and tracking best practices to set the tone for other business units
- Provide and execute actionable insights across the digital channels customer journey, to drive digital growth in the industry
- Establish a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer journey through intelligent segmentation
- Monitor, analyze, translate, and report the overall digital channel experience - conversion and risk data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multichannel attribution
- Troubleshoot of Amex digital platforms and capabilities within AMEX Website & App
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners, including third-party Partner, CRM, Legal, Compliance, Operations Teams
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, features, and initiatives to achieve short

- Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills,
both in Spanish and English; ability to optimally communicate complex information to multiple audiences
