-Job description
**Purpose of the position**:
For payroll and personal credit consigned products:
- Define, develop and implement the IMSS consignment commercial credit process and operation for internal channel (branches, Contact Center) and for external channel (brokers, Lead Generators, TPSAs, etc.).
- Market research and understanding to determine financial conditions, credit requirements and policies to achieve a competitive product.
- Definition and execution of the commercial strategy of the IMSS consigned product with the objective of fulfilling the financial and sales plan according to the FRP.
- Administration of third parties - external channel.
- Generation of campaigns and marketing administration of the IMSS consigned product.
- Ensure product regulatory compliance.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Development and implementation of the IMSS consigned product to align the product catalog to what the market offers and innovate in the market.
- Detect new segments, niches and businesses to increase our sales and market share.
- Offer solutions to sales teams to streamline the origination of IMSS consigned credit.
- Constantly train the commercial team so that they know the policies, requirements, and characteristics of the IMSS consigned products.
- Follow up on the proper functioning of business strategies.
- Design, implement and execute the commercial strategy regarding IMSS consigned credit, considering all channels; internal (such as branches, CC) and external (such as brokers, LG, TPSA, telemarketer, etc.).
- Constant review of the process of origination and collection of consigned IMSS credit.
- Administration and compliance with the objectives established in the FRP of the portfolios of payroll loans and personal loans with consigned collection.
- Design of consigned credit value proposition.
- CRM and consigned credit marketing campaigns.
- Control and management of regulatory risks, as well as consigned credit operations.
- Work together and support the different channels, as well as the branch network for FRP compliance.
- Development of new credit granting schemes through the consignment scheme
Requirements
- Economic - Administrative Degree
- Experience and extensive knowledge in the process and commercialization of IMSS consigned credit, with work experience in Financial Entities that place this product on the market. (mandatory)
- Experience in administration and personnel management.
- Analytical capacity in defining objectives and designing strategies.
- Experience in product design and customer solutions, focus on consigned credit.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and standards applicable to consigned credit.
- Project management
- Communication in English (desirable)
- Communication and negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of the competition (market, balance sheets and industry)
