Objective:
To perform an efficient and accurate Volume Sales Planning (Production, Sales, Stocks and Market Analysis) and Reporting (Sales, Competition, Management Reports) for Mercedes-Benz Mexico (80%) and LATAM Region (20%), always in line with the company’s strategy and evaluating the automotive market scenario.

**Responsibilities**:
Monthly planning Mexico (KUFRI). Monthly plan of Mercedes-Benz Mexico (MBMex) sales volumes (retail and group sales), production requirements and stock management, guaranteeing on-time and accurate planning process.
Detailed model planning Mexico (BM6). Monthly breakdown of KUFRI volumes detailed per model (baumuster) for Requirements, Group Sales and Retail Sales.
Official Monthly Reporting Process. Report monthly sales actuals (MBMex Sales, MBMex Stock and Competition) in MAPIS (MB System) and INEGI (Mexican Government Organization),
guaranteeing a correct report and meeting the defined deadlines.
Operative Planning (OP) Mexico and LATAM. Planning of MBMex sales and Automotive Market volumes for the upcoming 5 years in Mexico. Execution of studies and analysis to support the management in the Market Alignment Discussion (MAD) and on-demand analysis for decision-making. Support the regional coordination process of OP / MAD preparation in LATAM.
Weekly Sales Trend LATAM. Preparation of monthly tracking files, consolidation and reporting of weekly Mercedes-Benz sales updates for LATAM region.
Preparation of presentations. Monthly preparation of standard decks, such as MBMex Dealer’s Committee, MBMex Board of Management, regional planning meetings (KUFRI Talks).
On demand topics: Provide support and analysis for specific on-demand situations for both Mexico and LATAM (production adjustments,
allocation distribution, plan review, stock analysis, etc.).
**Profile**:
1. Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
2. Language(s): Spanish and English (fluent writing and conversation skills).
3. Professional experience: 2 years in a similar position.
4. Additional Qualifications: Advanced Excel and Power Point focused office package, DAG specific ITTechnology (e.g. GO, ISP), experience dealing with dealer or distributor networks. Knowledge about automotive industry and sales processes.
