**US Spare Parts Supervisor**:

As US Spare Parts Tender Supervisor in the Process Automation Business, you will supervise the local US Spare Parts Tender Team,
whom are the sales organization/customers support in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Also, you will be responsible for reports team’s KPI and process improvement.
**This position reports to**:
Local/Hub Business Unit Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordinating and supervising the information flow around US Spare Parts Specialist activities.
- Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.
- Working with other ABB units and teams to harmonize biding activities and maximize response time to customer requests.
- Identifying key improvement opportunities in the offer processes.
- Resolves issues following established procedures, monitors and summarizes progress of each order/sale, and manages multiple orders/sales at a time.
- Supervise offers technical advice with regard to ABB products.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement area, customer service/call center operation or quotes.
- Experience in SAP.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
- Valid Passport and visa.
- Advanced English.
