- Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements)
- Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate
- Develops Supporting Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Excel

- ITIL
- Process customer facing
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Manage Jobs Using Control-M
- Manage Jobs Using Control-M/CTM
- Manage Jobs Using Workload Manager
**Required Education**
Technical Diploma
