Embedded Software Test Engineer Jr

**Job duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop software for active safety production projects
- **Design, code, and test real-time embedded systems**:
- Plan and coordinate software development activities with other global sites
- Internal and customer **diagnostics SW design and implementation and triaging**:
- Responsible for static analysis, unit testing, and integration testing of the software on a hardware platform
- Responsible to understand Autosar architecture and be able develop software
- Coordinating with cross regional teams as needed to achieve project objectives
- Automotive SPICE (Software Performance Improvement and Capability dEtermination) and Functional Safety process compliance
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
- **Knowledge of XCP protocol**
**Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree in engineering** discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study)
- **Familiar with Embedded C on microcontroller architectures**:
- **At least 6 months of work experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics**:
- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
- Experience in realizing ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts - RAM test, ROM test, Lock step, CPU test, MPU, OS configurations for multicore architectures would be big plus
- Experience in RTE generation, make environments, multi-party software integration
