**About The Role**
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:
- Lead multiple and/or significant projects, programs, and business initiatives, showcasing creativity and ingenuity.
- Deliver comprehensive technical solutions and address complex, sometimes ambiguous problems.
- Set work priorities based on broad directions from management.
- Train and mentor team members, including Senior Software Engineers.
- Ensure the delivery of software features with outstanding quality, meeting specified release plans and commitments.
- Address problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Take ownership of a functional area, breaking down large requests into sub-tasks, providing higher-level status updates, writing test plans, and taking operational responsibility.
- Perform code reviews and participate in the development of technical/business strategies and new or enhanced technical tools.
- Set schedules for software engineering projects, define project parameters and tasks, and monitor project progress.
- Maintain and drive the "vision" of the project, leading others toward its completion.
- Resolve a wide range of issues in innovative ways.
- Own the development and rollout for an entire product or large project.
- Lead the daily activities of the assigned work group/team, recommend modifications to the operations of the assigned work group/team, and adjust short-term priorities as needed.
**About You**
You are suited for this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams.
- Over 7 years of experience in software development.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- A people-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in C#,.Net Core, and Angular.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Exceptional presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SCRUM Agile methodology.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, AWS Services (EC2, ECR, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM).
- Proficiency in using GitHub and Azure DevOps (ADO).
