The intern will support the administrative and technical activities of the Channel Sales team in Mexico and LCR.
**Job requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English.
- Final semester of Computer Engineering /Industrial Engineering or related career.
- Availability to work 25 hours per week.
- Passion for learning, communications skills and creative thinking.
**Main activities**:
Technical:
- Guide BP through TGCS portal.
- Create and follow up a Service Request to report HW/SW problems to level 2.
- Prepare and send demo products.
- Prepare marketing demo equipment and keep check-in and check-out records.
Admin:
- Follow up and do the process to pay fee to key partners.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Follow up Special prices.
- Follow-up to BP training.
- Follow up obtaining documentation from new BPs and follow-up with their contract.
- Follow up sales attainment files.
**Location**: Mexico City.
**Schedule specifications**: 25 hours in office a week
