Summary
Maxeon seeks a Sr. Staff Engineer.




This person should be an independent thinker and self:
driven individual with demonstrated ability to deliver results under a demanding environment and timeline.

**Responsibilities**:
selection, and qualification of equipment and materials in photovoltaic (PV) modules to meet quality, reliability, cost, safety, and manufacturability targets.
Will work directly with product engineering, purchasing/buyer, operations, and engineering deployment groups to successfully install equipment and certify the material for use in high:
volume manufacturing.
Will extend support to process development engineers to help define, develop and optimize processes for manufacturing and assembly of new material:
functional team.
Other responsibilities include timely resolution of technical and quality issues, managing supplier changes, and developing materials/equipment spec and qualification test plans (QTP).

Mandarin Speaker is a must:
BS/MS in Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics,



or related engineering fields:
Importante empresa in Photovoltaics and/or Semiconductor industry is required, preferably in the technology development environment.
