Director, Product Management

Accountabilities:
The position reports to Customer Solution Center Mexico.
The responsibilities will be focused on several suite of products and services including; fraud, regulatory and intelligence, transaction validation, consumer alert/identity among others.




Enhancements of key products within each segment, and the marketing and distribution of products.
- Can you develop actionable market strategies that span multiple products, business units and corporate strategies and creating implementation plans?
- Can you develop and articulate, to internal and external audiences including our issuer, merchant and acquirer partners, thought leadership on current fraud trends in customer needs, best practices, implications for product rollouts, and future product opportunities?
- Do you have a proven track record of executing strategy successfully against measurable objectives?
Role:

- Partnering with the leadership team, Global/Regional/Divisional Leads, create and implement the local strategies,



including deep analysis of the market drivers and development of a fully syndicated set of achievable recommendations for next 3-5 years.
- Deliver a local & regional product strategy and execution plan.
- Heads broad commercialization initiatives including establishing go-to-market approach and key performance indicators, setting objectives in partnership with Region, and driving commercial plans services for issuers, acquirers, merchants, gateways.
re-sellers and new customer segments to create the integrated marketing and sales approach.
This includes supporting the sales team with solid go-to-market plans, material, pricing and training.
- Manage performance of solutions, and identify opportunities with issuers, acquirers and merchants, delivered through the market teams and multiple channels (internal and external)
- Ensure that product requirements and opportunities are identified and prioritized through (a)



market research, opportunity and viability assessments on new products and services, (b) competitive surveys and research reviews on existing and new product areas and (c) consultation with relationship management and customers, (d) development of relationships with external providers of best-in-class benefits and services.
- Ensure alignment of all existing product-related strategic efforts with the regional strategies and priorities.
Coordinate strategy integration across the regional teams including Core Products, Services and Law and Franchise Integrity as well as account and sales teams.
- Understand the required product functionality and features, and commercialization of products in consultation with internal stakeholders like product sales, customer delivery, relationship managers, O&T;, Legal, Franchise, etc.

- Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and forecasting.
- Provide a monthly report to track progress against execution as well as opportunities and risks
- Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights.
Implement new product management excellence (PME) discipline from corporate products group into team.
- Responsible for identifying and driving synergies with product groups.
