**Regional Sales Engineer (Gripping Systems) - BAJÍO**: Guanajuato, México- SCHUNK Mexico is looking for the best talent as Regional Sales Engineer located in Guanajuato.

**Responsibilities**:- Attend and develop the zone:
Bajío- Source and grow sales with new high potential business- Prospective new customers and recovering lost customers- Generate sales reports in CRM system- Provide technical and commercial support to customers- Perform post-sale work achieving customer satisfaction- Works with inside sales representatives to keep account sales projects- Travels throughout assigned territory to achieve sales- Achieve sales KPI´s by product line (Gripping technology, automation technology)**Job Requirements**:- Degree: Electric, mechatronic, industrial engineer or related career- +2 years of sales experience working in metal mechanic industry- Strong negotiation skills- Field Sales experience is a must- Pneumatic and electronic knowledge- Passion for selling- Customer service skills- Customer development skills- Ability to function independently with no supervision in the zone- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills- Disciplined self-starter with ability to multi-task- Upper Intermediate English is a must**Benefits**:- Career growth- Competitive salary- Sales Bonus- Performance based bonus- Christmas bonus- Additional days off- Company car- Laptop, cellphone,
