Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development-Sales Executive to join our team.As a **Business Development-Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving our growth through the identification of business opportunities, the establishment of strong relationships with key clients, and the negotiation of strategic agreements.
Your ability to understand customer needs and come up with innovative solutions will be key to your success in this exciting role.
**Responsibilities**:- Research and strategically identify new business opportunities, new markets, trends, growth areas, clients, and partnerships; - Prospecting of potential clients in the Mexican and international markets; - Present and promote our 3PL, logistics, and customs services effectively; - Track sales, negotiatecontracts, and close commercial agreements; - Foster and maintain a close relationship with the client, to identify and satisfy their requirements, generating growth opportunities; - Make forecasts, sales analysis, and KPIs to follow up on objectives; - Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure the correct execution of the services sold; - Keep abreast of trendsand changes in the logistics field; - Attend and promote events of associations, chambers, and exhibitions.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in International Business or related (preferred); - Proven experience as aseller in the field of 3PL services, logistics, and customs, supply chain,
and storage; - In-depth knowledge of the logistics and customs market in Mexico; - Ability to generate new business opportunities and close successful sales; - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Customer orientation and ability to build solid relationships; - Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment; - Experience in CRM management (preferred); - Availability to travel.At Panasonic Logistics Solutions Mexico, **we value** an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for customer service, and sales excellence.
