**About the position**:As the Installer Developer Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with our installers and ensuring their effective onboarding, performance evaluation, process improvement, and labor cost reduction initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimize the installation process and project management driving efficiency, quality, and timely completion of installations both commercial and residential.
**We're looking for someone who**:- **More than 3 years of experience as Sr project management in residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations.
**- Demonstrates general knowledge of the** Mexican electrical code NOM-001-SEDE-2012 **through certifications or course diplomas**.
**- Additional** PV and electrical installation certifications **are an advantage.- Proven experience leading and **managing relationships with service providers.
**- Including conflict, payments, and tender management.- Understands the construction services market in Mexico; - Including** costs, SLAs, supply chain, permitting, and studies; regarding soil, structures, civil works, MV and LV installations.
**- Exhibits strong data analytical skills to prioritize opportunity areas.- **Skills with SQL dashboard tools** is an advantage.- Possesses excellent communication skills.- Demonstrates problem-solving and innovative thinking.- Exhibits strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.- Shows leadership and negotiation skills.
**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- Onboarding and technical information development: Ensure smooth onboarding of installers by providing comprehensive technical information and resources for quality installations.- Performance evaluation and incentives definition: Improve the performance evaluation system, including key metrics and incentives, to drive installer productivity and timely completion of installations.- Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization to streamline installation workflows and enhance overall productivity.- Labor Cost Reduction: Propose and implement initiatives to reduce labor costs associated with installations,
optimizing efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
