**Company Description**
Enterprise client is looking for HR Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, benefits, and other HR functions for our client's US employee population.
- Prepare documentation for change management processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist supervising HR Generalists, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing payroll and benefits, preferably in the US.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Demonstrated experience with change management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
Logistics and Additional Requirements:
- Freelancers must have their own computer, webcam, microphone with high-quality audio, and a high-speed, password-protected internet connection. Work over an open wireless network is not permitted.
- A background check is required for this contract.
- Completion of Identity Verification (IDV) and Voluntary Consent tasks with Upwork is mandatory.
