We've since printed 50M+ items and grown into a team of 1,800+ employees worldwide.The Quality Assurance and Training (QAT) Specialist functions in a supporting role to the Quality Assurance and Training (QAT) Coordinator.
The QAT Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to quality assurance such as, but not limited to, audits, document drafting, troubleshooting, research, and analysis.
The QAT Specialist is also a part of the global Quality Assurance, Training, and Documentation (QATD) project team (for the duration of the project).
**Responsibilities**:- Perform research, analysis, and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production-related documents as directed by the QAT Coordinator.- Assist with the production department training program implementation, day-to-day process, and audits.- Perform SOP adherence audits and document results.- Assist during the implementation of new products,
and ensure that product specifications and requirements are followed to meet set quality standards.- Assist with analysis, implementation, and maintenance of new and ongoing quality programs.- Identify, evaluate, implement and document corrective action when necessary with regard to product quality and process improvements to continuously improve the customer experience.- Analyze branch level refund, reshipment, and damage rate data across all departments, propose and implement process changes to meet set goals, and drive continuous improvement.- Prepare progress and update reports as required.- Additional projects and tasks to be assigned based on company needs.Special requirements- Excellent spoken and written English skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment,
