Marketing Operations Specialist coordinates communications and automations for business development representatives(BDRs) and online chat agents to enhance the customer experience, increase engagement and drive business growth.
**About the Role**In this opportunity as a **Marketing Operations Specialist**,
you will:- Manage BDR campaign calendar process.- Aid in creation of initiatives/pilots/communications to drive business- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing systems- Deploy operation workflows- Execute marketing automation programs- Track program/sequence ROI and act as needed- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities- Collaborate across organizations with various team members, partners, etc.- Build and maintain relationships with vendors- Work with 3rd party vendors and platforms- Other responsibilities as assigned**About You**You're a fit for the role if your background includes:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field- 2+ years experience writing professional communications- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns- Proficiency in MS Office- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Understand the role/voice of tele-sales and business development rep- Strong problem solving skills- Self-starter and able to manage cross-functional team projects and priorities- Detail oriented.
