**Main challenges**:- Formulate strategic and operational objectives and OKRs, in accordance with company strategy.- Set budgets and forecasts based on objectives.- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets if needed.- Find ways to increase customer NPS with operations processes.- Define and implement new processes regarding financial, insurance and client-related needs.- Ensure full documentation of the active processes as well as training within the team.- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the operations.- Manage finance, insurance and client-related operations.- Manage process workload to ensure a correct execution.- Identify optimization/ automation opportunities and oversee the execution of the improvements.- Evaluate overall performance by gathering,
analyzing and interpreting data and KPIs.- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.- Supervise staff from different departments and provide feedback.- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
**You are**:- + 5 years of experience- Proven experience as Head of Operations/ consultant or other related jobs.- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
