**The Opportunity**As an IT Operations Manager you will take on challenges in the IT space related to provisioning of user access, IT asset inventory management, provisioning, maintenance and support of endpoint devices, establishment of a 24/7 internal IT support function, and solve other varied challenges that can surface as Incode scales.
**Responsibilities**:- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Operations team, including "rolling-up your sleeves" and becoming involved in the operation.- Manage software licensing requirements and negotiation of license costs with our vendors.- Provisioning endpoint devices to new employees.- Wiping and re-allocating devices from departing employees.- Find resourceful and effective ways to deliver endpoint devices to our globally distributed staff.- Build a team to support these functions and provide 24/7 IT support for Incode employees.- Automate and accurately maintain an IT asset inventory.- Support in providing evidence of IT controls to external auditors.- Manage software license lifecycle.- Monitor and ensure Internet service is available across Incode's offices.- Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning.- Provide IT governance and oversight to ensure business alignment.- Implement ITIL service management principles and achieve significant service improvements.- Create and update the processes and procedures for ITSM.- Ensure adequate documentation is maintained (internally to IT Ops team, and for Knowledge Base)- Vendor management, management of service documentation/network and service topology.- Provision and maintain communications technology, such as zoom rooms and zoom licenses.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor or degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure management and in IT industry.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a IT Operations manager.- Experience using networks and cloud computing.- Executive communication at all levels.- Leadership and organizational skills.- Languages: Advanced English
