**Who You Are**You are a Project Manager and Salesforce Consultant blended into one person.
You are meticulous, tech-savvy,
and understand project success meanwhile loving to plan, organize, budget.
As a Technical Project Manager / Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for intaking consulting requests from our book of clients that have arrears billing arrangements.
You will be responsible for triaging, estimating, getting approval, grooming, and either executing on the request or working hand in hand with developers and other resources to deliver the requests.
Our solutions utilize in-depth technical aspects of all areas of the Salesforce platform, and require the highest quality implementations built for scale, efficiency, and great customer experience.You will report to the General Manager.
**Your Mission**The mission for this role is to take ad-hoc client requests from triage to implementation, while maintaining client satisfaction.
**Your Goals**- **Manage Expectations**:Clearly communicate costs, timelines, and progress to keep clients happy.- **Salesforce Expert Consultant**: Serve as the client's Salesforce Consultant and help them take advantage of the Salesforce platform through each request
