**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Ensure SSC Finance Service Desk external expansion projects to US, according with transformation agenda to support committed productivity benefits for continuous improvement to reach productivity, taking care of our internal and external clients.
Coordinate SSC Service Desks US teams, control processes and service accomplishment based in strong SLA definition by analyzing KPI report in order to define area strategy to comply with business goals
**Your Impact**
As Control & Report Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
- Ensure the services expansion according to agenda. ICE
- Generate documentation and governance of services provided (tracking, management & Training). CE
- Supervise SSC Finance Service Desk US Team. (D)
- Analyze Performance Indicators (D)
- Support & Foster Customer Relationship meetings (DI)
- Support effective change management process. ICE
- Support SSC Finance Service Desk Manager to drive funcional Strategy and org. design Processes. DCI
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Degree related with Managerial and/or Communication Skills.
**Experience**
- 2 to 5 years in Service Areas experience.
- English written and spoken.
- Process Control Experience.
- High tolerance to continuous change environments.
- SAP-S4 and Office 365 software domain
