Join PepsiCo, dare for better. Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will manage SPA box tickets to quickly resolve ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification /EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues for our Field Sales organization.
Your Impact As Field Sales Support Sr. Analys your responsibilities would consist of:
2 SPA Box Management – 1) Equipment & 2) Advanced Shipping Notification /EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Manage all new ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) account setup requests Lead issue/incident resolution when ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) accounts are not working as expected Manage all new activation requests for Field Sales equipment and hardware Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Language: English Fluency required - written and verbal Education:
Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred Experience: Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), Salesforce & SAP as user is REQUIRED Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment Comfortable working in a cloud environment Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
