**Partner with the best**As a Technical writer, you will be responsible for:Under direct supervision responsible for end user documentation and detailed validation of the documentation against the product.
Must understand the product and convert knowledge into accessible, accurate and understandable documentation.
Characterizes and reports quality assurance data while validating the documentation.Technical Documentation- Working with the technology team and product management to develop a thorough understanding of the audience and documentation required.
Understands the technical problems, determines a clear and logical way to present information, instructions and content for the greatest comprehension.
Can write and edits information accordingly.
Common documentation includes but may not be limited to manuals and datasheets.Marketing Collateral- Working with marketing, product management and other SME's to understand customer and industry challenges.
Author, co-author, edit, and support content for marketing collateral like brochures, and technical briefs that can be used for lead generation and sales enablement.
Be a contributor for thought leadership content like articles, blogs and white papers.
Attends conferences, trade shows and educational seminars.
Becomes specialized in the pertinent technical information required for documentation and content that addresses industry issues and end user concerns.Design and Layout- Having basic understanding of InDesign and PhotoShop to help convey complex information with graphics, images and design.
Does not need to be a graphic designer expert but should be able to support mínimal graphic and lay out work.
Assist with the design work to make documents look appealing, easy to read and comply with brand guidelines.
