Red Global is hiring SQL Server Database Developers located in the India or LATAM Regions.
We currently hat 2 openings focused on SQL SSIS/SSRS Data that is CRM focused and will regard ETL process and Data Development.
This role is Primarily Remote is on a Contract Basis w/the potential to for Contract to hire.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for ETL processes and reports.- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract data from various sources, transform it into the desired format, and load it into target databases.- Design, create,
and manage Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity by fine-tuning queries, creating indexes, and monitoring database health.- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Continuously enhance and maintain existing ETL workflows, reports, and data models to meet evolving business requirements.- Provide regular project updates to business analysts and management.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or 7+ years relevant development experience.- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a SQL Server Database Developer, specializing in ETL processes and database architecture using Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and SSRS.- Proficiency in SQL scripting and experience with complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling,
and database design principles.- Proven ability to work with large datasets and handle data integration challenges effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.- Demonstrated experience of project estimation and planning.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
