Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Overview:
As a Recruitment Manager at Umbrella BPO, you will lead our efforts to build a high-performing team in Mexico City.
This leadership role requires strategic oversight of recruitment operations, deep knowledge of the local job market, and the ability to scale hiring efforts to meet client demands.
You will work closely with stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, and foster an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet large-scale hiring goals in Mexico City.Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery on hiring needs.Identify and leverage local recruitment channels, tools, and platforms to attract top talent.Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality of hires.Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting mechanisms to monitor recruitment performance.Maintain a strong focus on process optimization to enhance the candidate and client experience.Team Building & Development: Build, train, and manage a high-performing recruitment team in Mexico City.Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team culture.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and clients to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks,
and recruitment strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.Employer Branding & Outreach: Champion Umbrella BPO's employer brand, positioning the company as a top employer in Mexico City.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.Develop partnerships with local organizations, universities, and industry groups to enhance talent pipelines.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report results to leadership.Adaptability & Innovation: Stay informed on emerging recruitment trends, tools,
and best practices.Lead the adoption of innovative recruitment solutions to attract and retain top talent.Qualifications:Professional fluency in Spanish and English.5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.Proven success in scaling recruitment efforts in the Mexico City market, particularly for BPO or customer support roles.Strong knowledge of local labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).What We Provide:
