**Your Role**:- Handle document uploads to platforms like YouTube and AppFolio.- Oversee the lease process from start to finish.- Engage with prospects and update leasing metrics.- Coordinate move-ins and create work orders from checklists.
**We're Looking For**:- Experience in Property Management, ideally as a Leasing Administrator.- Excellent English communication skills.- Tech requirements: Modern computer, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a second monitor.- Full-time availability during working hours, with a quiet home workspace.
