Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)Company: 1 Customer ServiceLocation: Remote - Mexicali, Baja California**Job Type**: Full-Time (40 Hours per week)Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Work with our ticket system to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner- Retain customers and resolve customer complaints to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction- Collect payments and update billing information- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as required- Adapt to changing standard operating procedures (SOP) as needed**Requirements**:- Fluency in English and Spanish,
both written and spoken- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Customer Support- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Ability to adapt to changing SOPs and procedures- Professional and courteous demeanorWe offer a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
