We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner, AmericasRole Purpose This role is responsible for enabling HSBC to attract and secure top-tier leadership - C-Level or Global Career Band (GCB) 0 to 3 - talent.
The role-holder will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and will deliver high-impact talent solutions, to ensure high-quality hires who are able to contribute to the achievement of the bank's strategic objectives.
Principal Accountabilities Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of GCB3 level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management.Lead complex GCB3 talent acquisition projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing competitor insight, market intelligence and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.Collaborate with dedicated research & sourcing teams and colleagues to identify and engage external and internal talent.Champion diversity-focused hiring strategies, ensuring the inclusion of under-represented talent in candidate shortlists and talent pipelines.Develop and maintain a detailed view of internal and external talent landscapes, providing specialist insights to inform hiring and succession planning strategies.Build, nurture and maintain long-term talent pipelines for leadership hiring,
leveraging external and internal networks.Develop and deliver regular reporting on key GCB3 hiring performance metrics to the Global Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition Lead, and other stakeholders as required.
