supplies, labor, overtime, etc.
)Costing analysis (Raw Material, semi finish good, Finish Good)Material Usage and Price VarianceScrap analysis and reportingCost reductions validation, expense controlThe scope of the role is within country.
However, a cost analysis can also affect procurement process in the U.S.E&O; inventory analysis, risk and disposition.Month closing maintain and reconcile the plant general ledger.Responsible for the scrap control, disposition and sale.Leadership is a necessary skill in the process.
Cost accountant needs to be involved in the problem solving process of the company.
A decision taken by the staff considering cost accountant analysis shall be aligned with the company goals.A deep knowledge of accounting principles is necessary to perform the cost accountant role.
Proficiency in SAP and excel is mandatory.HARMAN competencies for this role shall be orientation, collaboration,
