Job Summary: Market and promote Financial Products Division (FPD) products and services to Caterpillar dealers and customers in an assigned area.
Develop strong relationships with Caterpillar enterprise partners and key FPD departments.
What You Will Do: Understand business model and act within business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.Design and assist dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; support the rollout of new products.Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.Present products or services for stakeholders, answer any customer questions, and address their needs.Develop and perform Aftermarket Financing Services in NRLA.What Skills You Will Have: Customer Focus: Communicate the importance of customer needs/expectations and commit to resolving them.Research and verify customer needs and expectations.Meet regularly with customers to understand their wants, needs, and expectations.Products and Services:
Obtain information about product and service linkages with other products and services elsewhere in the organization.Research the target market and how the product and services are sold and delivered.Explain current status, delivery alternatives, and announced updates to products and services.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Apply an assigned technique for critical thinking in a decision-making process.Identify, obtain, and organize relevant data and ideas.Participate in documenting data, ideas, players, stakeholders, and processes.Recognize, clarify, and prioritize concerns.Effective Communications: Describe non-verbal behaviors that influence the interpretation of the message.Explain the importance of effective business communication.Speak/write using correct language, mechanics, and gestures.Problem Solving:
Identify and document specific problems and resolution alternatives.Develop alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.Help to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.Use fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems.Relationship Management: Provide prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.Work with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related area.Fluent English.Top Candidates also have: Knowledge of the financial market in NRLA as well as products and services focused on Aftermarket Services Financing.Additional Information: Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.Sponsorship for foreign candidates isn't available.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
