**We're seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.

**This position will be based remotely in Mexico****Roles and Responsibilities**:- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, informing them of how Proper will address their concerns or resolve their issues- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both customer service inbox and SMS communications- Provide exceptional written customer service, defusing anxiety and building rapport with customers- Handle a high volume of customer requests in a fast-paced environment- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and solutions- Foster positive relationships with interdepartmental stakeholders- Proactively follow up with customers using new SMS services- Contribute to reducing customer churn and concessions**Required Skills**:- Excellent written communication skills in English- Strong customer service skills- Ability to adapt to delivering a customer experience through written channels- Proficient in handling a high volume of customer requests- Exceptional problem-solving and defusing customer anxiety abilities- Independent thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment- Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment**Nice to have Skills/Experience**:- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)- Project management experience- Database management experience- Previous customer service experience- Call center experience**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or finance
