**About Catena**:**About the job**:- **Role**:_Family Care Associate - Front Office- **Work Schedule**:_Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Mountain Time (MST) or Pacific Time (PST)- **Salary Range**:_ US$1200 to US$1500 per month (depending on skills and experience)Our client is on a mission to redefine care for vulnerable families in the US.

They are well-funded by world-class investors and phenomenal digital health leaders of this decade.We are seeking a Family Care Associate with Spanish Bilingual skills to work with their Front Office function and play an impactful role in enabling underserved families to take the most transformative step of their lives to access care for their little ones.

**Key responsibilities**:**Own and drive the family care experience**: Your role will revolve around communicating with families and setting rigorous expectations.
You'll be in charge of managing the family care pipeline with our clinical team**Uplift our families**:You'll guide families through the healthcare maze.
You are their biggest cheerleader during the highest highs and lowest lows.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: You'll be a critical voice for collaboration among initiatives to further our mission.
Highly team up with our Clinical Team, Product, and Documentation.
**Requirements**:Outside of your Spanish-speaking skills, which are a must,
we index more on your experience and hustle than on anything else:- Must have a higher-educational degree or equivalent.- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.- At least 1+ years of experience with customer support or similar customer-facing roles such as, but not exclusive to:- Customer Representative- Sales Representative- Intake Coordinator- Excitement to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to process development.- 100% commitment.
