Customer Service Specialist - 008Z56Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist in our CDMX Plant.Key Responsibilities Manage Easy To Order Customer Projects, Customer Satisfaction and Risks Management.Main duties include organizing & planning the project, monitoring and controlling progress & budget, managing Risks & Opportunities.Manage Variation Orders and Claims and manage relationship with the customer.Main Activities Execute projects in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer.Review technical specifications.Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects.
Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.Manage Project Risks & Opportunities by assessing, identifying, mitigating and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project.Manage and control project margin deviation during the Project Execution phase, Accountable for Project margin deviation.Involve Project Buyer at an early stage of the project for maximizing cost savings.Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (emails, calls, meetings).Communicate effectively with the project team and other departments of the plant (internal Kick-off meeting).Qualifications Experience Level • More than 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Logistics and Project Management.
