What You'll Do?
A Dispute Analyst manages and resolves disputes between Cisco and its customers or partners. Specialize in handling disagreements or conflicts related to financial transactions, billing discrepancies, or other issues arising during the order to cash operations. Timely resolution is critical to minimize cash flow impact.
As a member of the Dispute Team, your key responsibilities will include:
1.
Managing disputes globally related to sales tax, true-ups, and withholding tax.
2. Manage incoming disputes: Manage incoming disputes from email and other sources to ensure timely resolution.
3. Investigate disputes: Review relevant documents, such as invoices, tax documents, contracts, and correspondence, to determine the root cause and validity of the dispute.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with collectors, sales, tax, CLO, finance, and other external parties to drive resolution.
5. Analyze cases to determine whether the dispute is deemed valid or invalid.
6. Submit credit requests into the required systems to generate needed credits/debits/write-offs.
7. Respond to requests: Communicate to collections the outcome of dispute validation or request for further information for investigation.
8. Timely resolution of disputes raised by partners/customers.
9. Communicating with customers: Contacting customers by phone, email, or mail to communicate the status of their dispute or obtain further information.
Whom You'll Work with?
Work with collectors, sales, tax, CLO, finance,
and other external parties to drive resolution. As a part of the daily operations, you will report to the Dispute Manager or lead of the relevant theatre.
Who You Are?
You are a professional meeting the following requirements:
1. Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across organizations at all levels to resolve cross-functional issues.
2. Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
3. Bilingual excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
4. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel and Word).
5. Preferred knowledge of having worked on ERPs such as Oracle, Integrated Collections Management System (ICMS), and HighRadius.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
Min 2-3 years of related work experience required.
Sueldo: $25,000 MXN - $28,000 MXN Mensual
