.Manager, Travel and Expense (Hybrid - CDMX)Job Profile Summary:Leads the Travel, Expense and Corporate Card program.
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of relevant business policies and procedures.
Proposes and develops strategies for the program.
Strong knowledge of the industry to apply best practices and establish benchmarking.
Uses advanced analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance Travel, Expense and Corporate Card processes.
Manages, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the Travel, Expense and Corporate Card function.
Responsible for identifying and resolving risks and issues within the program.
Responsible for generating reports and presenting results for use by leadership and business partners.Key Responsibilities:Contributes to vision for Travel, Expense and Corporate Card program and teamDevelops, implements and manages the program's policies, procedures and processes (including internal controls and systems)Leads the development and implementation of continuous improvement and process efficiency within the programDevelop, monitor and enforce employee expenses, corporate travel and credit card policiesManage employee reimbursement process inclusive of managing systems and assisting ongoing processingProactively identifies, communicates and resolves risks and issues within the programEscalates any significant issues to upper management for resolutionManages and provides guidance, leadership, coaching and training to teamDevelops robust training documentation and confidently designs and conducts end-user training sessions for the programProvides program guidance and assistance to business partners (e.G
