**Requirements**:
- Equipment needs to hava : 16 GB ram memory, 25+mbps upload speed, have a headset and webcam
- Have a dedicated space for work
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
