Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. Those in enterprise risk management at PwC will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organisation's operations and objectives.
You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Authoring: Develop, modify, and manage contract templates and clauses, including dynamic clause assembly, rules building, and maintenance for U.S. and Mexico contracts (both English and Spanish versions).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Office of General Counsel (OGC), OFRO Contracting Center of Excellence (CCoE), and business segments to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals for changes.
Regulatory and Business Compliance: Ensure all agreements reflect current business, legal, policy, and regulatory requirements, implementing updates as needed.
Technical Support: Assist with Icertis CLM configuration and enhancements, contributing to a seamless integration of new features or agreement types.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations, leveraging knowledge of contract assembly and building logic to enhance the authoring process.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide expertise and training to team members,
supporting cross-functional collaboration and minimizing key-person risk.
Quality Assurance: Validate the accuracy of contract terms and clauses, ensuring error-free deployments into the CLM system.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Advanced studies in legal fields or certifications as a paralegal are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in contract creation, contract management, or a related field.
Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, particularly Icertis, is highly desirable.
Experience with dynamic clause logic and assembly or similar systems preferred.
Prior involvement in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle is beneficial.
Skills:
Strong technical competency in contract logic and assembly processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex contract build scenarios.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Additional Information
This role is based in the PwC Mexico Acceleration Center in Mexico City and will work alongside two additional Systems and Solutions colleagues there, 2 others in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and 2 more in Hyderabad, India.
The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by addressing key-person risks and supporting continuity in the firm's critical electronic contracting authoring processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a professional services firm or global organization.
Familiarity with both U.S. and Mexican legal and regulatory environments.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and address conflicting stakeholder requirements while maintaining best practices.
