Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Phone Retail Sales Manager to drive the retail sales of mobile phones across Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in retail sales management within the consumer electronics or mobile phone sector.
This role focuses on developing sales strategies, fostering relationships with key retail partners, and achieving market growth through innovative retail initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales of mobile phones in the Mexican retail market, encompassing both physical retail stores and online platforms.Retail Partner Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with key retailers, distributors,



and electronics stores to maximize sales and brand visibility.Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective retail sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives, KPIs, and revenue targets.Team Leadership: Oversee and support retail teams, including managers, sales representatives, and trainers, to ensure high performance and robust product knowledge.Market Expansion: Identify and act on opportunities to enhance retail presence, expand market share, and grow the customer base.Market Intelligence: Track and analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales strategies and optimize product positioning.Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on retail sales performance, market insights, and progress toward objectives to senior management.QualificationsEnergetic and dynamic, preferably in mid-thirties or younger.Fluency in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in retail sales management,
