.Job Description - Kearney People Experience Operations Coordinator (005RH)DescriptionThe People Experience Operations Coordinator is responsible for seamless execution and support of the Americas People Experience Managers and Advisors.
Their role is to ensure all systems are updated, data is accurate and that our business runs smoothly.
Incumbent will need to interact with multiple systems including PeopleSoft as well various proprietary ones.Reporting directly to Sr. People Experience Operations Manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table,
allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the People Experience team located throughout the U.S. and Canada to provide the following support:Maintaining HRIS (PeopleSoft) including but not limited to entering onboarding, employee life cycle, and offboarding transactions.Help with staffing entries in the system (SAP).Run monthly HR and Operations audits.Work as a trusted source for HR and OPs related questions.Support consultant and management services onboarding process.Support monthly revenue forecast process.Perform a variety of tasks and projects to support the People Experience team in a fast-paced environment.Who You AreAfter nearly 100 years, we know this business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies, and above all, people.
