**Your mission**:
**What will my responsibilities be**:
- Working closely with the Customer Centers to identify Product and Application issues where support is required, including rock drilling tools contract performance improvements.
- Lead customer trials,
demonstrate product values to sales teams, support CC team to present the value to customers.
- Taking an assisting part in training arrangements such as Product & Application Training, etc.
and assist in executing the "Train the Trainer" concept.
- Working in close contact with the factories and monitor technical and quality issues and report them to your manager.
- Maintain and update regularly of the action plan with the CCs to ensure proper implementation of Rock Drilling Tools Sales strategy.
- Building up market intelligence between the market needs and our existing portfolio.
- Travelling within the area of responsibility based on market/business needs (up to 40% of the working days/year).
- Collect information on market intelligence: fleet, market segmentation, type of tools used, competitors' activities and prices.
Any other information which could be helpful for business development
- Provide information regarding NPD (New Product Development) & CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) processes, when needed.
- MOL (Machine Online),
WOL (Warranty Online), Acign tickets, MORE & M3C observation and administration will be a part of your daily routines.
- Work closely with other colleagues to assist with tasks or projects that are critical to the business development.
- Collaborate with team members from other regions, divisions, teams to provide support and coverage for different locations and products as needed.
- Technical / business education, skills of mining and rock drilling tools
- Excellent experience and knowledge with demonstrating Rock Drilling Tools, and interactions with customers.
- Experience with customers in conducting trials and successfully leading to sales.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish, verbally and in writing communication skills is essential.
- Strong mechanical/technical background is required for issue resolution & reasoning/discussing "root cause analysis" with customers.
- Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to inquiries.
- Ability to write and communicate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Advanced training in computer aided maintenance systems, reporting, databases, and spreadsheets are preferred.
