**Responsibilities**

**B2B Operations Specialist**

**Main Purpose**

Develop and implement trade programs, customer engagement strategy and customer satisfaccion agenda within digital services for B2B across Sector.
Leveraging PepConnect platform direct connection with Customers to ensure satisfaction providing visility,



follow up and valuable inisghts PepsiCo´s store execution and customer communication.
**Accountabilities**

**/ Responsibilities**
- _
Drives reward program execution consistency in the E2E, from Pepsi Connect upload, point of sales material arrival, customer rewads and problem solving_
- _ Drive customers satisfaction agenda ensure timely and right visibility to customers, manage doubts and complains._
- _ Identify trade opportunities to maxime POS impact and space, connected to Market, brand and B2B digital strategy_
- _ Maximize Trademarketing and reward reconigtion budget results and POS impact_
- _ Identify trade behavior in demand, point of sale inventories, product rotation and provide root cause analysis to create strategies with marketing and sales_




- _ Tracks trade and customer rewards materias E2E process from Purchase order to placement to supplier payment_
- _ Guarantee PepsiConnect app ultimate updates connected to trade and rewards strategies_
- _ Manage rewards program KPIS tracking and redemption_
- _ Measure and connect perfect store execution with B2B digital agenda_
- _ Manage and communication of Rewards program rules changes_
- _ Create and connecte FL communication media with digital B2B agenda (playbook, toolkit,carta de ventas)_

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree _
- **_3 + years of relevant professional experience on eCommerce, Sales development, Trade Marketing or Sales stretegy _**:

- _Proven work experience related with Sales development or Trade marketing _
- _Customer focused, adaptable,



strong follow up and organizational skills _
- _Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _ Proficient with PowerBi skills_
- _ Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external) _
- **_Fluent English oral and written communication skills_**:

- **_ Portuguese communication skills (a must)_**:

- _ Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process _
