**Senior Regional Operations Manager **- Mexico DF**

Your position is key to taking the company to the top.
You will be responsible for all new product/service launch projects with Agents for Mexico and Central America Countries.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Use your strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity,
create efficiencies, and coordinate between ROC and Global teams to ensure Agent E2E workflow is maximised.
- Ensure that money transfer services and products are deployed with our business partners effectively and that service quality and supporting objectives are consistent with strategic goals and standards.
- Day-to-day performance services and products management across the operational departments ensuring that the teams adhere to internal policies and contracts whilst demonstrating customer service excellence.
- Lead the Regional Operation team for one of the key subregions in LACA (Latin America and Caribbean).
As a leader, you're preparing and following up on meetings, as well as reviewing internal and external communications, writing newsletters, reports, presentations, speeches, or presentations internally and externally.
- As Project Management, you will design and lead the projects and initiatives for business growth to ensure they are delivered on time and in good shape.
You will support the definition of strategic projects aligned with the global & regional strategies to all channels: own operation, retail channel, digital channel, omnichannel and a new ecosystem with a wallet launch.
- Efficient communication is the key to this role.
You will oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
- Provide the best-in-class services to the Partners, Agents and Customers from pre sales to pos sales support including problem solving
**Role Requirements**
- At least 4 years of experience in People Management positions.
- Business Administration degree or at in a similar field such as Engineering, Information Technology, Math.
- Master's degree is desirable and at least seven years of related experience in Bank or retail industry as a project manager.
- Five+ years' experience in a leader/supervisor role.
- Advanced English level and Excel advanced.
- Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
- Real for delivering excellent customer service and a high degree of analytical mindset, strategic planning, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
- Technology basic knowledge is desirable including APIs, Point of Sales Systems, VPN.
