Generative AI Lead at BairesDev
What you will do:
- Lead the Gen AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and removing obstacles.
- Work hands-on in developing the overall solution, creating new features, and ensuring stability.
- Establish and document best practices while transferring knowledge to teams across the organization.
- Serve as the point of contact for upper management,
interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in backend software development using.NET.
- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 1+ year of experience in Prompt Engineering.
- 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in SQL databases.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with MySQL.
