Grouper C&C; CCC
**Which is the main objective of this role?
**

The Grouper account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities aligned with PepsiCo prioritys.
- a) Develop initiatives to assure growth in Sales and Net Revenue.
- b) Design & Implement the WCCE Agenda (T2T, Business Review)
- c) Lead the agenda for C&C; Clients and attend 2 KAM Jrs
- d) Ensure the SOM growth in all business units
- e)
Interact and lead with support areas to achieve sales goals and develop new ways to keep growing the business.
**Qualifications**
**What will you be doing?
**
Accountabilities are statements of the important end results which the job must achieve.
These statements should relate to an end result or objective which must be accomplished and against which some measurement of performance can be applied.
- Responsible for delivering PMF gross sales and net revenue objectives.
- Develop and deliver JBP Targets established with client.
- Develop initiatives that contribute to the SOM growth of the business units.
- Colaborate with supply chain teams to assure the fill rate of purchase orders.
- Generate promotions and activities aligned with an annual budget (D&A;, A&M;, S&D;).
- Colaborate,
communicate and follow up with the field execution team the correct activation of promotions, campaigns and initiatives.
7.Follow up on direct distribution portfolio with sales force.
