As a **Training and Communication Manager**, you will be responsible for the process of mapping and landing marketing strategies to a deployment plan at the training level and guaranteeing the communication of the products.

**Key Responsibilities****:
- Translates the marketing plan into communication strategies and mapping training requirements.
- Ensures dealer training rollout communication.
- In charge of the protocols for the construction of the shopping experience (responsibility for reviewing the current protocols, requesting materials and advising them to the dealer network).
- Defines the strategy and the key performance indicators with which the training is going to be measured.
**Qualifications****:
- Graduated from a Bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in Administration, Pedagogy, Communication or equivalent
- Self driven person, comfortable performing under pressure in a high performance environment and passionate for training.
- Proficient skills in Power Bi and Data lake.
- Essential brand awareness.
- Availability to travel 30%
- Intermediate English (B2-C1).
