**OFFICE MANAGER**
**Requirements**:
- This person must have at least three (3) years of office Management experience.
- Excel efficiency is a HUGE plus
- Our office environment is upbeat and runs at a fast-paced tempo.
- Proven work experience at management level
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Professional in both appearance and behavior
- Computer savvy (mainly working with Microsoft Office)
- Minimum three (3) years office management experience
- Business-oriented writing skills and overall strong communication skills
- Willingness to perform any task asked of them
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Managing staff all day, every day, and maintaining rules while keeping office morale up
- Data entry (60+ WPM typing speed),Assisting department managers with whatever task is asked of him/her
Answering and routing incoming calls,preparing outgoing mailProviding status reports directly to our clients
- Maintaining office cleanlinessand keep office looking sharp in all aspects as well
- You will be expected to be always on top of any problems, providing support whenever and wherever needed
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distributes correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
