We are seeking a Back Office Agent, with a startup mindset, who will give support and follow up in administration tasks and customer support reports.
This role blends an operational focus with a good orientation to care about details, written and spoken communication skills, and be comfortable with numbers and legal papers.
The position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Customer Support Director.
**As the Back Office Agent, you will...**
- Receive new requirements of service contracts to customers
- Review documents related to new contracts of service
- Keep control on digital papers handled
- Update and give visibility of internal control documents from a business perspective.
- Update,



review and provide insight of daily operational KPI's

**Who You** Are**
- Previous experience in FinTech or working for a company providing payments and other financial solutions to start-ups and SMBs is strongly preferred.
- Contract approval process experience
- Experience with Zendesk, Looker, and Asana preferred
- Comfortable using a wide variety of technical support tools, as well as discussing technical issues when troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers and have a solutions-oriented approach to everything you do.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
