**Analyst,Asset Management**
**What will you be doing?
**
We are currently looking for a Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst, this role supports the Global Network Asset Management Team and the main accountabilities are:
- Drive and deliver successfully AOP and forecast for Network assets in US and Canada.
- Renew maintenance and support contracts on time for Networks assets to prevent business disruptions.
- Partnership with vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, etc; ensuring the correct contract renewals.
- Provide analytics and derive insights that drive continuous service improvements.
- Coordinate and backup the Network ordering and procurement process for US and Canada.
- Ensure the Network assets lifecycle management and the correct information in CMDB.
**Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the Asset Lifecycle for 66,625 Network assets in partnership with IT Sector Asset Managers and HCL.
- Coordinate with IT Sector Asset Managers and HCL to mitigate the gaps identified in the Weekly Key Quality Indicators (KQI) for Network assets.
- Partnership with internal teams to ensure the adoption for Asset Management processes.
- Partnership with network vendors:
- To ensure data accuracy in CMDB
- Ensure the contracts renewals for assets in North America
- Identify the end of life for Network Assets.
- Validate and process the invoices for maintenance, support and SW licensing on time.
- Partnership with TBM team to validate the HCL invoices in a monthly basis.
- Partnership with Global procurement to ensure contracts renewals
- Periodically build and communicate scorecards related to assets management life-cycle to understand asset life-cycle status, process variances, and cost drivers.
- Ensure all the mandatory information for asset records is in CMDB.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect and update the End of Support Dates for all network assets.
- Review network equipment returned and work with Network Operations to determine what should be kept for redeployment and what should be disposed.
Then provide directives to the disposal vendor and update assets in CMDB (state and location)
Ensuring we have enough end of support spare APs at CDR

Qualifications:

University / College Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field, or related professional experience.
2.
1year+ of experience in Servicenow.
3.
1 year+ on Data Management experience.
4.
1 year+ on Financial Management experience (budget and forecasting).

1 year+ on IT Asset management experience.
1.
Asset Management tools (Service now, Calero, Azure, SAP, ect)
2.
ITIL certification is preferable
3.
Strong Excel/PowerBi skills
4.
Data analysis

Effective written and verbal English communication skills
