**Job Description**:
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
**Requirements**:
- B.S.
Degree of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or related engineering profile.
- Proficient English level.
- +5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and IE fundamentals.
- Experience in the implementation of new product introduction and transfer projects.
- Knowledge in line balancing, process flow, layout design, capacity and utilization analysis, ergonomics and material handling.
- Experience in the use of tools for problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in manufacturing systems and assembly of components.
- Management of MS Office, AutoCAD and SAP (desirable).
